Information You Submit
A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates that tool. This site does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's separate privacy terms govern the query after submission.
An email or contact message is retained as needed to read and answer it. That correspondence is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
Technical Data and Cookies

Subject to applicable law and the ability to verify a request, a user may ask to:
- Receive a copy of personal data held by the site.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete data that is no longer required.
- Opt out of processing where an opt-out right applies.
These choices do not control public records held by the Tooele County Sheriff, Utah courts, UDC, or another agency. Requests about an agency record must go to that custodian under Utah's Government Records Access and Management Act, Title 63G, Chapter 2. Section 63G-2-201 governs access to public records, while Section 63G-2-204 governs written requests.

This privacy notice may be revised as services, providers, or legal duties change. A new version becomes effective when it is posted here with an updated effective date.
